These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the hiublue application and related services (the “Service”) provided by hiublue (“hiublue”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. The Service is currently offered in private beta and access may be limited to invited workspaces.
The Service
hiublue provides AI workers that help operate outbound businesses, including email, calendar, document, and outreach assistance. When you connect a third-party account (such as Google), you authorize hiublue to access and act on that account on your behalf, within the scopes you grant, to perform the tasks you request.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- send spam, unlawful, deceptive, or abusive communications;
- violate the terms of any connected third-party service, including Google’s;
- infringe others’ rights or applicable laws and regulations;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
You are responsible for the messages and content your workers send and for ensuring you have the right to contact the people you reach out to.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content and data you provide. You grant hiublue the rights necessary to host, process, and transmit that content to operate the Service. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party providers (including Google and AI model providers). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective providers’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party services and may change or remove integrations.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing actions taken on your behalf. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, hiublue will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated in-app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
